Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription plan, you’ll receive continuous access to Petvora services based on the subscription plan and billing frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically according to your selected subscription plan unless you cancel your subscription.
Some subscription plans may automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you can cancel before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation email.
Canceling your subscription will stop future charges. Your current subscription benefits will remain active until the end of your paid subscription period.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are purchasing a product that is not currently available in inventory but will be shipped once it becomes available.
Your payment method may be charged at checkout or at a later date depending on the pre-order terms provided on the product page.
If you need to cancel your pre-order, you may do so before the order has been fulfilled.
Once your pre-order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return or refund according to our Refund Policy.
